Entrance and Exit Criteria

Entrance: Golden Star Home residents must be male or female, 60 and over with mild cognitive impairment, private paid or SSI subsidiary by RCEB and those that need care within the designed program.

Exit: Residents cannot be evicted unless he or she is given reasonable notice in writing. The written notice must state the reason for the eviction.

The resident will not be evicted unless given 30 days notice to find a more appropriate facility. Prior to admission the home will require the conservator guardian (representative or family member) to sign a written acknowledgment prior to admission.
