Golden Star Residential Care Home was founded in 2002 as a part of Starcare Services. We are a company that best demonstrates how the vision of the young and the wisdom of the old can create synergy and benefit many people, the community and hopefully the country in the near future.

Founded in 1999 by Estrella "Star" Valendo, initially as a Child Care Home, Starcare Services has since expanded to branch out into adult and elderly care. Estrella's experience and expertise in child and adult care led to assembling a host of new services to augment their existing line. "We want to be of help to as many people as possible", says Star. "We will walk our talk by living our personal definition of service, which is the ability to make ourselves ready to help at all times for the convenience of our residents".

Through the years we have met wonderful people whom we would like to think have helped us develop ourselves.
